Star Trek Into Darkness was a lot of fun as I got to work with an unbelievable team of artists and designers to execute the sets under my purview. Under the direction of designer, Scott Chambliss myself along with James Clyne, Tex Kadonaga, and Anne Porter threw ourselves into the challenge of creating the villain's Dark Enterprise! Also This film was shot almost entirely in Los Angeles California, where the best films are still made!

​This amazing project was the third time I art directed for Oscar nominated designer, Bo Welch.  We had a blast on location in NYC for a year.  My primary responsibilities on this one were the 2012 and 1969 versions of the Men in Black headquarters.

​This was my first time art directing for Bo Welch.  An amazing production designer and a great mentor. We did some really fun sets on this film; great design and tons of laughs.
